About Dr. Kelton

She knows what it feels like when the medical system doesn’t know what to do with you.

Dr. Yasmine Kelton has spent over 20 years in women’s health — training in both mental health and menopause care because she always knew that when one system is struggling, all of them are.

Her own perimenopause journey, which unfolded alongside a difficult divorce, made clear what so many women already know: the system was not built for this moment in a woman’s life. That experience shaped everything she does now.

She works alongside existing care teams, not instead of them — filling the gaps, translating the complexity, and making sure no woman has to figure it out alone.

She is a physician, a mother, a lifelong learner — and a woman who has been exactly where you are.

You were never meant to do this alone.

The Problem

You know something has changed.

Your sleep is gone. Your memory isn’t what it used to be. Your doctor says your labs “look fine.” You’ve been told it’s stress. Or anxiety. Or just “getting older.”

Meanwhile, you’re questioning your ability to function at work, carry your family, and make the decisions that your life depends on. If you’re also in the middle of a separation or a relationship that’s slowly eroding your sense of self, the weight is unbearable.

You don’t need to be told to do more. You need someone who finally understands what you’re actually dealing with.

The Approach

Education, not just prescriptions. Clarity, not just coping.

Hormonal expertise

Menopause Society-certified menopause care grounded in current science — not the outdated story of expected decline.

Trauma-informed

Recognizing how relationships, history, and nervous system regulation shape every symptom and every recovery.

Whole-woman care

Body and mind treated together — because they were never separate to begin with.
